Many of you know that I have had a passion for cooking and baking, have apprenticed at the Stone Turtle Cooking and Baking School (see photo and link below) in Lyman, Maine; was the Demonstration Chef at Whole Foods Market in Portland, Maine, have taught cooking classes for years, and want to start my own Culinary School here in Chautauqua County, NY.
I have offered a few classes in Chautauqua County already: Home-made Sauerkraut w/ live active cultures, Artisinal and Sourdough Breads, and Shushi Nori . The last two classes will be offered again soon and will be auctioned off at the Patterson Library Auction, August 13th, in Westfield, along with a Teen Pizza Class and Party. All ingredients will be provided and classes will be at winners' homes.
